These terms privacy policies explain how The Visa Academy Africa (TVAA) manages website use, privacy, educational resources, digital products and professional support services.
Welcome to The Visa Academy Africa (TVAA). This page explains the terms that apply when you use our website, educational materials, digital products and professional support services.
By using this website or purchasing a TVAA product or service, you agree to the applicable terms below.
1. About TVAA
The Visa Academy Africa provides practical visa education, application-preparation resources, digital products and professional support designed primarily to help African travellers understand visa processes and prepare genuine, organized and well-supported applications.
TVAA is an independent educational and application-preparation platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, TVAA is not an embassy, consulate, immigration authority or government agency, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
2. No Visa Guarantee
TVAA does not guarantee visa approval.
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or other competent authority.
Using our website, purchasing a digital product, receiving a consultation, using a template or following TVAA guidance does not guarantee a particular immigration or visa outcome.
Our objective is to help travellers:
Understand the process. Prepare with confidence.
3. Accuracy of Visa Information
Visa rules, fees, procedures, processing arrangements and documentary requirements can change.
TVAA aims to provide accurate and responsible educational information. However, travellers remain responsible for checking the latest official requirements applicable to their destination and individual circumstances before submitting an application or travelling.
Where appropriate, users should verify information directly with the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or official visa application centre.
4. Truthful and Genuine Applications
TVAA supports only genuine and truthful visa applications.
We do not support the creation, alteration or submission of fake documents, fabricated employment, false financial information, invented relationships, false travel purposes or other forms of misrepresentation.
TVAA may decline or discontinue assistance where a request involves fraud, deception or deliberate misrepresentation.
5. Digital Products
TVAA may sell digital educational products, including The Visa Application Blueprintâ„¢.
Digital products are intended for educational and personal use and should be read together with current official requirements relevant to the traveller’s application.
For The Visa Application Blueprintâ„¢, customers are currently provided with up to 3 download attempts within 30 days of purchase.
Customers should download and securely save their purchased copy during the access period.
6. Digital Product Refunds
Because digital products can normally be accessed shortly after successful payment, refunds are generally not provided merely because a customer changes their mind after receiving access or later decides they no longer require the product.
However, TVAA will fairly review genuine problems, including:
- duplicate payments;
- successful payment where the purchased product cannot be supplied and the problem cannot reasonably be resolved;
- a materially defective or incorrect digital file; or
- circumstances where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
If a customer experiences a technical download problem, TVAA may verify the transaction and restore access or provide another reasonable means of receiving the purchased product.
7. Consultations and Professional Support
TVAA consultations and application-preparation services provide educational and practical support based on information and documents supplied by the client.
The client remains responsible for ensuring that information provided to TVAA and submitted to an immigration authority is truthful, complete and accurate.
Payment for a consultation or other service does not purchase or guarantee a visa approval.
8. Copyright and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, TVAA website content, original educational materials, templates and digital products are protected intellectual property.
Purchased digital products are provided for the purchaser’s personal use.
Without permission, users must not resell, commercially reproduce, publicly upload, redistribute or present substantial portions of TVAA materials as their own work.
9. Privacy
TVAA may collect information that users voluntarily provide when contacting us, purchasing products, requesting services, subscribing to communications or completing forms.
This may include information such as a person’s name, email address, telephone number, order information and information reasonably necessary to provide a requested service.
TVAA will use personal information for legitimate purposes connected with providing services, processing orders, communicating with users, maintaining the website and meeting applicable legal or operational requirements.
We do not sell customers’ personal information.
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. TVAA does not require customers to provide their payment-card credentials directly to TVAA where payment is handled securely by the relevant payment provider.
Where clients voluntarily provide documents or personal information for a consultation, document review or other professional support service, TVAA will use that information only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, communicate with the client, maintain appropriate records, prevent misuse and comply with applicable legal or operational requirements.
TVAA takes reasonable measures to protect personal information in its possession. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure
Users may contact TVAA at support@visaacademyafrica.com regarding reasonable questions or requests concerning personal information they have provided to us, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.

Some website functions may also rely on trusted third-party service providers.
Where legally required, appropriate choices or notices regarding non-essential cookies may be provided.
11. External Websites and Official Sources
TVAA may provide links or references to embassies, immigration authorities, visa application centres or other third-party websites for convenience and verification.
TVAA does not control those external websites and is not responsible for their availability, security, policies or subsequent changes to their content.
